Although on airport car parks are nearer to the terminal, you would need to find your own parking space. You then make your way to the bus stop for the free transfer to the airport terminal.
At off airport parking you check into reception and the staff will be able to answer any questions you may have. If security is an important issue to you, off airport parking is generally more secure as only members of staff have access to the vehicles.

On-Airport Parking is parking within the airport boundary. Airports, however, are generally big places so always check the transfer times and distance to the terminal. In general the closer you are to the terminal the more you pay for the convenience.

Arguably the most convenient option for parking at the airport; this service means you are met at the terminal by a driver who will collect your car and take it to one of the on or off site car parks leaving you free to check-in. When you return, your car will be delivered back to the terminal for you. This is great for large families with loads of luggage.

At the Thickthorn roundabout take the 4th exit (A11) at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit (A11) carry on until the next roundabout and take the 1st exit sign posted Cromer A140. Carry on straight until you reach the next roundabout and take the second exit sign posted Norwich Airport (Cromer A140). Proceed on to the next roundabout and again take the second exit sign posted Norwich Airport (Cromer A140). Continue on straight following the signs for Norwich Airport/Cromer and then at the traffic lights bear left. Immediately bear to the right and then left and follow signs for Norwich Airport A140. At the traffic lights go straight over, but stay in the outside lane, and at the next set of lights turn right.
Exit the A47 onto the A1042 signposted Norwich North and East, at the roundabout take the 2nd exit, continue over the flyover and take the 2nd exit on the roundabout signposted Norwich North and East. Take the 2nd exit at the next two roundabouts. At the mini roundabout take the 2nd exit (turn right) onto the A1042 and keep to the left hand lane then turn left. Continue straight on until you reach the next roundabout and take the 3rd exit on to the A1042. Again continue on straight until you reach the next roundabout and take the 2nd exit, sign posted Cromer A140. At the next roundabout again take the 2nd exit sign posted Norwich Airport (Cromer A140). At the traffic lights turn right sign posted Norwich Airport / Cromer A140. Bear right then left and continue on the A140 Cromer road. Continue straight over at the traffic lights but stay in the outside lane. At the next set of lights turn right into Amsterdam way.
Exit the A47 onto the A1074 sign posted Norwich and at the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A1074. Continue straight on until the next roundabout and take the 2nd exit sigh posted A1074. Carry straight on and at the next roundabout take the 1st exit sign post Norwich Airport / Cromer A140. Continue on straight following the signs for Norwich Airport/Cromer and then at the traffic lights bear left. Immediately bear to the right and then left and follow signs for Norwich Airport A140. At the traffic lights go straight over, but stay in the outside lane, and at the next set of lights turn right.
Continue into Norwich on the A140, at the roundabout take the first exit sign posted Norwich Airport. Continue on to the traffic lights and turn left into Amsterdam way.
